The Latvian Peat Producers Association (Latvian National Committee of International Peat Society) is honored to announce first International Peat Technology Symposium, in Riga, Latvia 25 - 29 August, 2014.
Symposium is organized together with the Baltic Peat Producers Forum and in collaboration with the International Peat Society.
The theme of the Symposium is “Peat in the 21st century: innovative approaches in peat extraction, usage and scientific research”.
All together, Riga is expecting more than 500 peat industry professionals and this congress will offer an excellent chance for all stakeholders – scientists, policy makers and industry representatives – to meet, share and discuss new knowledge and experiences on all aspects of peat and peatlands.
