BY PLANE
Riga has a range of direct flights with European cities: London, Manchester, Liverpool, and other cities in the Great Britain, Paris, and Nice in France, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, and other cities in Germany, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Barcelona in Spain, Rome in Italy, Istanbul in Turkey, Tel Aviv in Israel. You can fly from Riga also to New York, Tenerife, Tashkent in Uzbekistan, Dubai in UAE, Tbilisi in Georgia, Baku in Azerbaijan, and many other cities in the entire world.
Regular flights are also from cities of Nordic countries: from Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, Vaasa, and Turku in Finland, from Stockholm and Umea in Sweden, from Copenhagen and Billund in Denmark, as well as Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Ålesund, and Trondheim in Norway. The flights are less than an hour long.
Riga International Airport is located in a 20 minutes driving distance from the center of the city. Trip with taxi will cost approximately LVL 10, but by bus that goes directly to the center of the city – LVL 0.70.

BY BUS
Riga has a developed bus traffic to many cities in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Great Britain, France etc. Trip from Berlin to Riga lasts approximately one day. Riga International Coach Terminal is located in the very center of the city.

BY FERRY
Every day a passenger ferry drives from Stockholm to Riga. The trip lasts approximately 15 hours. Riga Passenger Port is located in ~ 15 minutes walking distance from the center of Riga, but a trip with taxi will last ~ 5 minutes. Approximate fee for the taxi – LVL 5.00.

BY YACHT
It is possible to get to Riga also by yacht. Riga yacht club offers place for sailboats, motorboats, and cutters with draught not exceeding 3 meters and length from 3 to 24 meters. Water and electricity are available at the berths, Wi-Fi operates in the territory of the yacht club. The yacht club is located on the left bank of River Daugava, in a 40 minutes driving distance from the center of Riga.
But the City Yacht Club is located on the right bank of River Daugava, in the bay of Eksportosta in north of Andrejsala, in a 15 minutes walking distance from the Old Town of Riga. The yacht club is open from April to October and can host up to 40 watercrafts with the maximum draught 5.5 to 7.5 meters.
